I was injured when I was 18 in a horse riding accident, I have exercised, worked out since then to recover and to stay healthy, I went into career (physical therapy) because I was helped by a fitness trainer and therapist who literally saved me following my accident, and I want to help others in the same way, I love helping people, and helping them recover from surgery or injury and helping them feel okay about their bodies and themselves, I do light weightlifting, cardio, yoga, stretching, and I admire others who exercise regularly and take care of themselves and their bodies, and their health
