Looking for someone with similar interests. I've been resistance training for about 25yrs now. I typically train on a 2 days on/1 day off schedule on a 4-way split. Day 1 would be chest & biceps, Day 2- Quadriceps & calves, Day 3- rest, Day 4- delts(traps) & triceps, Day 5- Back(lower back) & hamstrings & calves, Day 6- rest, Day 7-repeat.
