Nice and built guy with some extra weight looking! Hi! I'm Daniel. I've been building muscle for a few years and have done pretty well, but I do have some extra unwanted weight I want to trim. I mainly work out using a moderate amount of weight since it's just myself, but I try and exhaust my muscles each day I work out and after one week I give myself a week or two for rest and then I work out again. I walk on the treadmill for 3.5 mph everyday for 1 hour and I do sit down crunches during the days I'm not working out. I've been attracted to built women most of my life, but other things have gotten in my way. I also prefer a women who is nice and understands me. I will also work hard to understand her as well.
