Be brave and have fun! I am irish and italian. I have black hair and athletic build. I am a firefighter/emt. I have a passion for helping people. I love to workout. I go through phases with my work outs. I switch up with my training at times i like to go for mass and bulking my body. Then i'll switch and train for half marathons.I also like to swim and do aerobics. I like working out because it makes me feel good and helps me perform my job better as a firefighter.
