Bodybuilding used to mean useless bulk to me until the first time I hit a training floor and was entranced by the promise of inner and outer change through the simple task of moving weights in a skilfully programmed manner. Such sharp turn of events took place many years ago; I can now proudly say month after month of effort-laden perspiration to the clanging and bustle of the barbell-dumbbell room have made me reasonably knowledgeable about many things related to this (sadly)underrated sport; in fact, a generously unending path to a happier lifestyle. I train hard, I eat healthy, I stay strong, and I might even look slightly on the hottie side. Always on the lookout to trade tips on routines, dieting, contest preparation and fitness in general.
