I was once into lifting weights seriously
I was once into lifting weights seriously Even though I'm not near as strong as I once was, I still have my passion for weightlifting and trying to stay in shape. I lift much much lighter now than I used to. I was never a competitive lifter, but I did get pretty big and strong for the average guy.
