Weightlifting Freak Right Here I love working out, if it was up to me I would live in the gym. I am also into taking care of my body by eating healthy. So I do the whole deal, weightlifting and healthy eating. My friends tell me I should do some Bodybuilding shows but I never have before. I have been thinking about it because I know I have the discipline. I workout 5-6 days a week and do one body part each day. I try and do chest twice a week. I have been interested in weightlifting and bodybuilding since my senior year in high school. About 9 years ago.
