Single Dad
Body building saved my life more than once. I was in a car crash that a typical person would not likely survive but before that body building was a form of self medication to deal with undiagnosed neuropathy. I have had to stop because of the car accident but i continue by bringing the discipline and devotion for the sport to my newest attempts at Yoga.
