getting back into shape
getting back into shape I have been working out for over 20 years and have been lately not so active in the gym. My job as a building contractor keeps me fit but the muscle mass is starting to go. I have lots of energy but need just a bit more motivation and inspiration to get me back into the routine I am used to.
